Leadership experts from around the country will share insights on ensuring that the human side of economic development takes precedence at the 15th Annual La Plata Economic Development Alliance Summit Conference.

This year's theme is "Leading with Heart", the title of the book recently published by scheduled keynote speaker, Edward Sullivan. Sullivan will be joined by former TopGun Executive Office and Commander of the Pacific Fleet, Admiral Mike "Wizzard" McCabe, workforce specialist and TedX speaker, Sally Thorton and Kerry Siggins, CEO of StoneAge.

"Our community has inherited new challenges and opportunities in a post-pandemic economy and we are continuing to commit to a leadership conference with the Summit that will enable our business leaders to adapt", stated Michael French, Executive Director of the Alliance. "We want regional leaders to be part of the conversation as we build a more human-focused economy."
