Beginners Welcome! Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention is a simple, balanced form. When practiced correctly can have many benefits for the health. Once learned the form can be practiced in minutes a day. Tai Chi can be adapted for those who need to stay in a chair or wheelchair. Certified Instructor Denise Lane has been practicing Tai Chi for many years. She enjoys sharing her passion for this beneficial art.
