Bring your built-at-home trebuchet to the field of competition. Sling/Launching a Kitty projectile (approx. 8oz provided by the SnowDown Cat-A-Pult event coordinator) a distance of 200 feet three times to a "Kitty Box" target.

Scoring: points given for accuracy. TEAMS MUST BUILD trebuchets PRIOR to competition. Rules: Trebuchets are powered by 75-pound counterweight or less and must be attached, not looped over, the end of the arm. No energy can be stored in deformation of components. No springs, rubber bands, flexible arms, twisted ropes or pulleys can be used. No motorized equipment. All ages and teams welcome with Adult Supervision.
Entry Cost: $10 by Jan 15, $20 at the event
