Dates: August 8 – 12 Place: Nature Center and Crater Lake Ages: 6th – 9th grade Durango Nature Studies is offering a Middle School backpacking camp this year for kids that are interested in learning more about spending time in the outdoors. We will spend part of the session at the Nature Center preparing for time in the wilderness, learning natural history and team building experiences. The camp will culminate in an overnight and peak climb. This is a great experience for middle schoolers to have an amazing experience that will build character and confidence, as well as a connection to nature.
