Join us for a three-part Human Resources Workshop in partnership with the Durango Chamber and the Durango Area Human Resources Managers. The first workshop on Leveraging Culture to Recruit & Retain Top Talent will be taught by Suzanne Phare with Real Ideal Coaching at the Center for Innovation (second floor of the Main Mall).

Workshop Description:
The world of work is changing. What used to work doesn't. Based on evidence from one of the largest studies conducted related to resignation and culture, this session will help you understand the key drivers of retention and recruitment (spoiler alert, we aren't talking about ping pong tables and pet insurance). Culture is quantifiable, and you will leave understanding 5 key aspects of culture that will make or break your attraction and preservation of high-performing and engaged employees.

Suzanne has over twenty years of executive coaching and human resource management and owns Real Ideal Coaching. She is the former HR Director at Ska Brewing and is currently conducting Leadership Training and Executive Coaching in the Four Corners Area.
