DESCRIPTION
This program centers around themes of loss, love, and betrayal. We'll open with a bacchanalian dance that represents the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius, which lead to the destruction of Pompeii. From there, we will move to a new pop-influenced piece written to represent a romantic betrayal. We'll follow that with an uncommon march dedicated to Theodore Roosevelt after he lost his son during World War I, and we'll conclude our program with the well loved First Suite in E-flat by Gustav Holst. With works from Ticheli, Sousa, Dunton, and more, this program is sure to be an emotional journey.

This performance is FREE for current FLC Students and guests who are 18 & under.

FLC students must present their current College ID at the venue door to gain entrance. (1 seat per FLC ID)
