Durango PlayFest's REAL-WORLD THEATRE speaker series for youth welcomes Sky Lakota-Lynch as our first speaker. The event is FREE and open to students in 8th grade and older.

Sky recently starred as Johnny Cade in the musical "The Outsiders" at the La Jolla Playhouse in California. He made his Broadway debut as Jared Kleinman in the Tony-winning musical "Dear Evan Hansen." Sky is of Native American and Ethiopian descent, and graduated from The Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in New York City.

A free reception for students with refreshments will be held at 4 p.m. at Lola's Place.
