The Fort Lewis College Department of Performing Arts is pleased to present William Shakespeare's classic Romeo & Juliet as the finale to its 2022-2023 theatre season. This timeless tale of the star-crossed lovers has spawned numerous stage adaptations, films, musicals, ballets and operas. In this production by the FLC Theatre division, Romeo and Juliet will be set in a contemporary New Yorkesque world. The production is directed by FLC associate professor Felicia Lansbury Meyer with a creative team of guest designers including set designer Mark Mendelson, costume designer Laurel Schaffer, lighting & projection designer LeAnn Brubaker, and sound designer Anthony Kingsley.
