Join us for a special night starting with a wild foods dinner by chef's Katrina Blair and Jon Paasch. Menu includes: fresh tapped Box Elder sweet sap water, local spring watercress soup, curly dock wraps with seed cheese and beet salsa, wild greens salad with a sweet and creamy dressing and fresh honeycomb and bee bread for dessert. Following the meal, Courtney Cosgriff from HoneyBee Herbals out of Rollingsville, Colorado will be speaking on behalf of the Bees in a talk called: "Hum of Creation" - The myth & symbolism of the honeybee & the significance of our relationship to the bees.
Dinner begins at 6:00pm on the patio of the Turtle Cafe and the presentation will follow.
