75 years of Kids, Critters & Cowboys!
For 75 years, the La Plata County Fair has brought generations of families, friends and neighbors together to showcase the county's best animals, garden products and the many fabulous foods and crafts of our outstanding community.

This year's theme, "Celebrating 75 years of Kids, Critters and Cowboys," is a fun way to celebrate our patriotism while reflecting a rich tradition of agriculture and ranching in the county, It is a great opportunity for community members to connect with one another and honor the hard work of our talented residents who grow, raise, make, create, and share what they do each year.
