She has been in the top 1% in the world for real estate transactions. Ashley had worked next to the CEOs of her previous franchise corporation on their "Rethink Council" and spoke in Key Biscayne on the luxury consumer, she was a pillar for resources in order to generate innovative strategies for branding and marketing. She left the franchise world in 2021 after wanting to break free of the franchise chains. She has created two successful businesses from the ground up under the age of 30. She has been asked to speak on behalf of branding and has been featured in House Wires Rising Star award recipient for top 40 brokers to watch in the nation.
