This course will introduce you to Adobe Lightroom, a powerful photo editing software used by professional and amateur photographers alike. You'll learn the basics of organizing and editing your photos, as well as key tools like presets, color grading, masks, and more. With guidance from our experienced instructor, you can make expert edits in no time! No experience necessary!

Class Curriculum
1 hour of guided photography session of downtown Durango to gather photos to edit

1 hour of an introduction to the features, editing, presets, tools, and panels of Adobe Lightroom CC

1 hour of hands-on editing of photos from the earlier photography session

Needed Materials from Students
Active subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Lightroom CC and Classic
Trial subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Lightroom CC and Classic
Personal laptop and power supply
External mouse
A digital camera or smartphone for a photography session
Memory card reader, connecting cables, or a way to import photos onto a laptop
