Beginning Sun Style Tai Chi

The regular practice of Tai Chi has many benefits including improved balance, strength, flexibility, stress reduction and improved overall health and well-being. In this class, you will learn a series of movements put together into a short form that can be practiced in as little as five minutes a day. We will also practice Qigong (health exercises).
Instructor Denise Lane has been practicing Tai Chi for most of her adult life. At the request of her Shifu (Master Teacher), she began teaching in 1996. She is certified in Yang, Sun, Qigong, and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention.
