Learn to make (and eat!) your own beautiful and delicious charcuterie board. There here's no rigid formula for assembling the perfect board, encouraging creativity and personalization. Participants will be guided by chef Laura of Laura's Artisans, through the creation of their own medium-sized boards, complete with meats, cheeses, produce, dips, and breads or crackers, all provided. We'll start by spotlighting the "lead actors," the focal point of the board, before exploring the "supporting cast" ingredients that complement and enhance the centerpiece. Attention will then shift to the "behind the scenes" elements, such as utensils needed for serving (small spoons and tongs will be available, with additional ones for purchase if desired). Finally, attendees will have the opportunity to take their crafted boards home to enjoy with family and friends, adding their personal touch to the experience. Join us!
