Enjoy this special chamber concert played by the light of over 1,000 candles, creating an awe-inspiring experience.
Pieces to be performed include:
GEORG PHILIPP TELEMANN: Viola Concerto in G
GEORGE FRIDERIC HANDEL: Harp Concerto in B-flat
JOHANN SEBASTIAN BACH: Brandenburg Concerto No. 4 in G,
GIUSEPPE TARTINI: Violin Sonata in G minor, GT 2.g05, "Devil's Trill"
MAURICE RAVEL: Introduction and Allegro for Harp, Flute, Clarinet, and String Quartet
Join us for a free pre-concert lecture at 6:00 pm at the Center for Southwest Studies at Fort Lewis College, presented by Dr. Linda Mack Berven.
This concert is eligible for the Free Student Ticket Program! The Music in the Mountains Free Ticket Program for students offers up to two free student tickets with the purchase of one adult ticket to select festival concerts. If you are interested in securing free student tickets, please do not place your order online. These orders must be placed over the phone at (970) 385-6820 or in person at the Festival Office (515 E. College Drive, M-F, 9am-5pm). Note: Students must be present to receive tickets at Will Call.
