Our lovely dog "models" for the class will be happy to greet you and will delight all dog lovers! Supplies are included, and an experienced teacher will be there to give you guidance along the way.

Figure drawing is the practice of drawing from a live model in different poses. It trains your eye to see things that photographs just can't capture. This makes you more perceptive in all of your work—The biggest reason to practice with live animals is because it has so much to offer. Mastering the animal form is about more than just shapes and muscles and bones.

A $5 to $10 donation for this class will go directly to the LaPlata County Humane Society. Beginners, Middle and High Schoolers are Welcome! This class is also perfect for those with previous drawing experience.
