Arrive at 9:30 am to register and pick up your event resource book.
At 10:00 am the Keynote Panel features event organizers from Moab and other towns similar to Durango sharing their top events and discussing how to balance the appeal to residents and tourists.
Breakout Sessions at 11:10 am , 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm feature tracts for New/Small, Medium and Large events and focus on innovation, safety, marketing, permits and grants.
Event vendors, suppliers and permitters will be available at 2:00 pm for individual conversations.
Lunch from Sage Fresh Eats is included in the registration fee of $25.00.
At lunch, the Innovative Event Award winner will be revealed, new Super Volunteers will be honored and we will hear 4 tales from 2024 that definitely fit in the definition of "School of Hard Knocks."
