Yin Yoga + Sound Bath - Great for optimizing athletic recovery

The first and third Friday of the month | 6:00 - 7:30pm | Join instructor Chloe Dee Dudley the first and third Friday at 6pm for a soul refreshing Yin Class with a Sound Bath. This is a holistic practice that combines yin yoga with a sound bath to create a relaxing and meditative experience. Sometimes we'll end with a Yoga Nidra, which is a guided meditation that induces a state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness.
This is a meditative practice that involves holding poses for 3-5 minutes to open up the body and improve the flow of energy. Yin yoga can help to release tension, ease back pain, and improve the healing process. Great for Athletic Recovery! Chloe has worked exclusively with the D1 Athletic Programs such as University of Washington, Seattle U, Quinnipiac University and professional athletes.
