Under the baton of Richard Kaufman, one of the world’s foremost conductors of film music, the orchestra will bring to life the legendary scores of classic Western films, including: How the West Was Won, The Magnificent Seven, High Noon, The Cowboys, Silverado, You Can’t Get a Man with a Gun, William Tell Overture, Around the World in 80 Days, Calamity Jane, and more!

Plated Entrée: 10 oz grilled NY strip steak with a cowboy compound butter, twice baked potato (bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, and sour cream), calabacitas (sautéed summer squash, zucchini, white onion, corn and green chili)
Dessert: Blackberry peach cobbler with whipped cream
