At Permaculture Picnic, our mission is simple: to empower people with the knowledge to grow their own food.

We've lost touch with the skills that once made us self-sufficient—but whether you have a farm, a backyard, or just a sunny window, this event will teach you hands-on techniques to cultivate food in any space and climate.

We're bringing in permaculture experts from around the world and our local communities (Durango, Aztec, and Farmington) to lead workshops on:

Tico Time RV Resort, founded by the Holmes Family in 2019, has 110 year-round RV sites, and with the help of our community, we aim to transform it into an eco-based RV resort through hands-on learning and collaboration.
