Thursday May 8 | With Bike Durango.

Come learn tips on how to safely and effectively get around town on a bicycle! This class will cover Colorado bicycle laws, bicycle etiquette, and sharing roads with multiple road users. We'll talk about how to get along and communicate with vehicle drivers, how to maneuver yourself through traffic or intersections, and what to do in tricky situations.

We'll also cover odd logistics such as: suggestions on how to carry your belongings on a bike, tips on bad weather riding, and other questions we may be too afraid to ask like, what shoes do I wear? What bike lock should I use? Or, as simple as, what bike do I need?

The final part of the class will consist of a short bike maintenance workshop covering the basics you'll need to know to make sure your bike is working so you can get on the road!
