Join us for a FREE community concert on our custom-built mobile stage featuring the Zelter String Quartet!

Our mobile stage is designed to deliver free world-class classical music concerts throughout the region. Join us on Thursday, July 10th, at 2:00 pm at the Three Springs Plaza in Durango to hear a performance by the Zelter String Quartet.

The Zelter String Quartet: The Zelter String Quartet formed in Los Angeles in 2018. Gold Prize Winners of the 2021 Chesapeake International Chamber Music Competition and First Place Winners of the Piano/Strings Division of the 2023 Plowman Chamber Music Competition, the quartet is comprised of violinists Kyle Gilner and Gallia Kastner, violist Carson Rick, and cellist Allan Hon. They have participated in The Juilliard String Quartet Seminar and the Center for Advanced Quartet Studies at the Aspen Music Festival and School. They were the featured artists in the 2023 Sunday Afternoon Concerts in the Dome at Mt. Wilson Observatory and were quartet in residence and mentors for the Civic Orchestra of Los Angeles for their inaugural concert in April 2024.

Driving directions to the Three Springs Plaza:
From downtown Durango, take US 160E for 6.2 miles. Turn left at the traffic light on to Three Springs Boulevard. At the first roundabout, take the first exit on to Wilson Gulch Drive. At the second roundabout, take the second exit on to Confluence Ave for one block. The plaza will be on the right. Parking is available on the streets surrounding plaza.

What You Should Know About our Mobile Stage Concerts:
-Shows run approximately 45 minutes.
-In case of bad weather, individual events will be canceled and not rescheduled.
-There are no restrooms or concessions. You may bring your own chairs, blankets, food and non-alcoholic beverages.
–Schedule is subject to change. Please check our website and social media for any last minute updates.
-No reservations are necessary. Just show up!
