We close our Women’s Wellness Series with a deeply nourishing day devoted to embodiment, creativity, and integration. This final workshop invites participants to ground everything they’ve explored throughout the series into felt experience, mindful movement, and creative expression.
The morning somatic session will be guided by Ana Hyatt, a movement educator, sensual dance and Pilates instructor based in Durango, CO. With a background in feminist studies and over two decades of teaching experience, Ana offers an inclusive, empowering approach to movement that emphasizes embodiment, motor function, and feminine expression. Her work supports participants in reconnecting with their bodies through gentle, intentional movement—cultivating awareness, confidence, and inner resilience.
In the afternoon, Kathryn Samaltanos will lead a mindful art experience through Saori circular weaving. A holistic body worker, EFT facilitator, and creative spirit, Kathryn believes deeply in the healing power of creative expression. Her weaving practice offers a meditative, tactile process that encourages presence, play, and self-trust, allowing each participant to create intuitively and without judgment.
Together, this final gathering offers space to slow down, integrate, and celebrate the journey of the Women’s Wellness Series—honoring the wisdom of the body, the healing power of creativity, and the supportive community formed along the way.
