Neurodivergent Night is a sensory-friendly, alternative dance space designed for sensitive nervous systems - a first-of-its-kind event in Durango created by neurodivergent facilitators. This festival-inspired music and movement gathering is designed especially for ADHD, Autistic, and Highly Sensitive (HSP) adults while welcoming neurodivergent people and supportive allies more broadly.
We invite you to step into a playful Cosmic/Alien costume theme while enjoying an environment where people can move freely, express themselves, and connect without the sensory overwhelm of typical nightlife spaces.
Hosted by AuDHDbliss (Phoenix Rising, RYT-200) and Luna Moth (Luna Miller, RYT-200), the event blends guided somatic movement, gentle yoga, conscious dance, and community-building into a supportive shared experience. AuDHDbliss is also featured as an artist, musician, and dancer, performing on stage and sharing original music woven into the evening’s playlist.
The space is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation and accessibility. Features include a solo, no-touch dance floor, low lighting with no flashing or strobe effects, a separate decompression area with sensory supports, an interactive altar with sensory play elements, and immersive cosmic art projection visuals.
The evening includes an opening circle, guided movement practices, an hour of free dance, and a closing circle to help integrate the unique experience.
This event is designed for adults who can participate independently and is not able to accommodate attendees requiring 1:1 caregiving or intensive support.
Tickets are $25 in advance or $35 at the door. A limited number of Pay-What-You-Can tickets are available - email to request a code (no questions asked and no judgment passed).
