DESCRIPTION
A three-part series that helps parents and caregivers understand how kids brains grow and learn.

Join Linda Illsley, local health and well-being facilitator, for a series designed to support parents and caregivers in understanding how children’s brains grow, learn, and thrive. Using accessible brain science and practical tools, each session explores ways adults can create supportive environments that nurture emotional regulation, resilience, and lifelong learning.

This is a series, and attending the sessions in order is the best experience - but it’s not required. There is no registration needed, so you can simply drop in to any session that works for you:

Session 1: How to Create a Healthy Environment - April 11, 2026, 10am-11am

Explore how safety, connection, routines, and relationships shape a child’s developing brain and learn practical ways to build environments that support growth and well-being.

Session 2: Limiting Beliefs Date/Time - April 18, 2026, 10am-11am
