This workshop is for anyone who is burnt out on anxiety, stress, and tension. All ability levels are welcome and the workshop is appropriate for kids as young as 8 (with a parent in attendance).

Train with an expert with 50 years' experience teaching the Art of Peace: Sensei Raso is a 7th degree black belt in Aikido, AKA the Art of Peace. No martial arts will be practiced in this class...unless you count drop-kicking some stress!
Instead, Raso Hultgren will lead participants through a variety of experiential somatic exercises (feel it in your own skin tactics) on how to feel grounded when a professional trapdoor springs open; how to get centered when the daily teeter-totter tilts; how to generate lasting calm inside that radiates out to those around you. These practices are great for home, the office, or daily life.
