Family friendly event with Sheep Trailing Parade, Live music, a local Parade, Vendors and festival. Celebrate the 25th anniversary event focused on Bayfield's rich agriculture cultural roots. Watch as the local sheep flock from the high- country pastures into the grazing valleys. Afterwards, be a part of the celebration and support locals by enjoying our hometown parade and festivities. There will plenty of actives, as well as opportunities for hands on learning crafts and skills for families to take part in as we look back in time and history to find out why Bayfield is known as the heart of the Pine River Valley. * please leave your dogs at home or in your vehicle during the sheep trailing event. 8-9am- 5k race starts and finishes in front of the Heritage museum - link for sign up coming soon!! 9:30- Sheep Trailing down Buck Hwy.
