Take an hour to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself. As part of the Durango Creates! Grant, Solum Life Therapy is offering a free community sound bath designed specifically for Durango’s service and hospitality workers — the people who keep our restaurants, cafés, hotels, and gathering spaces running every day.
This 60 minute experience blends crystal singing bowls, gentle percussion, chimes, and grounding breathwork to support nervous?system regulation and deep relaxation. Participants are invited to lie down, settle in, and let the sound waves ease tension, quiet mental chatter, and restore a sense of inner balance. No prior experience is needed. All you need to bring is yourself and something cozy to lie down on.
Service and hospitality work demands constant emotional presence, multitasking, and long hours on your feet. This sound bath is a chance to step out of the rush, reconnect with your body, and receive care in a calm, welcoming environment. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, better sleep, or simply a moment of quiet, this session offers a gentle reset at the height of the summer season.
Registration is required.
Who It’s For: Anyone working in Durango’s service or hospitality industries — restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels, retail, tourism, and more.
