Ride our diesel-powered train to the Pumpkin Patch to meet Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Snoopy, and bring home the perfect pumpkin!

Please remember that tickets are required for all children aged 2 years old and up. This will reserve them their own seat and will ensure that they receive a trick-or-treat bag and a chance to pick out their perfect pumpkin!

Enjoy live musical entertainment, storytelling, a straw-bale maze, games, bounce house, temporary tattoos and trick or treating! And kids, don't forget to wear your Halloween costumes (and Mom & Dad too!). For your convenience we also have a baby changing station, First Aid station, and restrooms at the Pumpkin Patch. Sharp Shooter Imaging will be there to take a professional photograph of you with the Peanutsâ„¢ characters (photographs available for purchase). Adults will also receive a special gift bag filled with small gifts and coupons for discounted items from many of Durango's local businesses and stores.

All of the above is included with your Standard-class ticket purchase! Passengers on our Deluxe-class San Juan car will enjoy all the offerings above PLUS exclusive seating in our premium reversible seats, coffee or cold apple cider served in a souvenir mug for adults and a 'crazy-straw' cup for kids, and fresh doughnut holes served by a private car attendant during the ride.

A food tent is available at the Pumpkin Patch to purchase breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks.

Trains depart the Durango station at 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Allow about 3 hours before the train brings you back to the Durango station.
