Doc’s Marina will be holding an annual fishing contest benefiting the American Cancer Society on June 4th & 5th, which is the same weekend as Colorado’s Dept of Wildlife’s free fishing days!!!

The contest will run two days; prizes are offered for the biggest fish in each of the following categories: Pike, Trout and Salmon. A $150 cash prize for each species on Saturday and Sunday – you could walk away with $900 if you sweep all categories.

A portion of boat rental fees and fishing contest entry fees will be donated to the American Cancer Society. ”We are always looking for opportunities to give back to the community and charities,” says Stan Folsom of Doc’s Marina. What better way to spend a weekend?! Fishing and giving back.
