Get yer RocknBlues-grass jam Party on 'cause this incredible ensemble of some of Durango Colorado’s wildest pickers is no surprise to the Bluegrass AND Rock n Roll faithful. While their upbringing was steeped in traditional genres (some for more than 30 years, gasp!), these guys have been seen around town lately playing other ‘styles’ of music once described as: ‘Ain’t no part of noth...in’.

Choosing songs from a huge repertoire of Russ Crossland’s (Go getter, guitars, vocals) originals as well as gems from the near and distant past, is a pleasant pastime for Durango bluegrass misfits Patrick Dressen (social director, Drums, mandolin, vocals) and Hap Purcell (Bowling Pro, banjo). Rounding out this dynamic quintet are Jimmy Largent (back stage security, bass) and Bill Adams (beverage coordinator, Steel Reso), both basically just trouble makers. Forget about any previous shows you may have seen by various iterations of this outfit, as every song they play is a new adventure. So please, if you see any of these self-proclaimed saints wandering aimlessly around your town, gently direct them to the nearest musical venue because they’re probably supposed to be on stage. Musical influences, previous/current bands and awards are far too numerous to go into they say... yeah right. Just go see them!!
