Animas River Days is a community celebration on and around The Animas River, which reflects and honors our connection to this vital resource flowing through the heart of our town.

Celebrate the first ever local adventure media contest, combined with the Annual Reel Paddling Film Festival.

Durango paddlers have some amazing adventures, both locally and far afield. This year we are showing local, and we know the local talent will be up to the task. Categories are: Best Family Boating Image, Best Dolores Image, Best Short Film, Kids River Safety-Fun Poster Contest. Entries must be received by June 9th.
