A celebration of the apple harvest season. The “Apple Jacked!”

“The base is our One Wit Wunder, a Belgian style wheat beer spiced with coriander and Curacao (bitter) orange peel,” said Steamworks Brew Master and Certified Cicerone® Ken Martin. “We peeled and cut green apples and fresh ginger then cooked them down in brown sugar and apple flavored liquor, also known as applejack.”

“The result is a spiced Belgian wheat beer enhanced with a sweet apple and ginger flavor and a warming sensation from the applejack,” according to Brewer and Certified Cicerone® Spencer Roper. “Autumn is here.”
