This weekly class is a chance to release what you are holding, connect with yourself and others in the field, and expand your nervous system's capacity to support yourself and others.
We will integrate a blend of yoga flow, somatic awareness and nervous system tending practices, and connection.

Emily Riggs, a Licensed Social Worker, Addiction Counselor, and Yoga Therapist. Emily specializes in Polyvagal Theory-informed therapy, nervous system healing, and Posttraumatic Growth. She has studied with a variety of teachers including Ruby Jo Walker and the SW Trauma Training, Inner Peace Yoga Therapy, and Sarah Klein from Anu Yoga School.
