Wednesdays | 3:00 - 5:00 | Project RUN’s Fundamentals of Leadership & Management 1: People is a free six-week training for individuals looking to to hone their leadership skills and/or grow their careers toward leadership positions. Led by professional coaches, the training helps participants clarify their leadership style, communicate with intention, support team accountability, and navigate workplace dynamics.

We highly encourage employers and supervisors to incorporate this time into employees’ weekly work schedule.
