DESCRIPTION
Thursdays | 5:30pm | 75 minutes | This class offers a dynamic, breath-centered practice that weaves together vinysa, alignment-based exploration, and subtle body awareness.
Each session unfolds with intention—beginning with a short dharma talk (yoga philosophy) or dynamic prma practice to shift energy and focus the mind. From there, we move into vinyasa linking breath with movement to build heat, rhythm, and presence.

As the practice evolves, we explore postures with more depth. Through alignment-focused “posture labs,” drills, and skillful use of props, you’ll refine your understanding of how each posture lives in your body. Working within a fully equipped Iyengar-style room - including rope wall, chairs, and other supports - props become intelligent tools for integration, access, and deeper awareness.

This class blends the fluidity of vinysa with the precision of alignment work—offering both movement and stillness, strength and inquiry. Rooted in the wisdom of the Aga Vinysa tradition, this practice honors lineage while remaining responsive and evolving.

Expect a balance of:
– breath-led movement
– longer holds with support and refinement
– hands-on assists (when welcomed)
– elements of Yoga philosophy and dynamic prma
