Sundays | 9:00 - 10:00am | Cultivate a regulated nervous system through the artful combination of Yin yoga, pranayama, meditation and sound therapy. This all levels class is designed to promote your relaxation, rejuvenation, and balanced state of mind.
Yin yoga is a floor based practice with long holds and internal focus.
Pranayama is breath exercise. We will explore a variety of these methods.
The meditation will be different every week and it may include a mudra (hand position), mantra (repeating sacred sounds), breath, drishti (eye focus), and sometimes movement.
Sunday mornings are a beautiful time to gather with like minded community and practice. Gathering in community is one of the best ways to promote longevity and quality of life. We would be honored for you to join us!
